To Become a Wholesale Member:

To upgrade you to the level of wholesale member

Step 1: We need a copy of your business license. If you belong to a public school, private school, or university martial arts club, we need a copy of the club's certificate from your school. If you belong to a YMCA/YWCA club, we need a letter from the program director on the institution's stationery.

When you have your business license, certificate, or letter, follow these steps:

• Credit Card Authorization Form
• COD Check Authorization Form
• Wholesale Application Form

If applicable:

• Tennessee residents only:
  Tennessee Tax Exemption Information. Download Blanket Certificate of Resale
• California residents only:
  California Tax Exempt Resale Certificate. (PDF)

Step 3: Fill out the forms with your information and choose one of the following options.
