Cung Le just relinquished his Strikeforce belt and is starring in a new feature film. I got an inside peek from Cung in Cung Le Stars in PANDORUM. Find out who will be representing America at the 10th World Wushu Championships, to be held October 24-29 in Toronto, Canada, in U.S. Wushu Team 2009 by Sue Woo. Ray Park is the best known wushu champion in film today. He’s been Snake Eyes on G.I.JOE, Toad in X-MEN and of course, the baddest Sith Lord of STAR WARS, Darth Maul. Now Park is making his network debut in HEROES. Read Ray Park: Unmasked on HEROES by Melissa Leon-Guerrero Do. In The Shaolin Dharma of Fighting Shi Yan Lei discusses sanshou, qigong and Chan Buddhism. His comments might surprise you. Also on our ezine, The Past and the Present: Taijiquan Push Hands by Omar Hackett. Omar reflects on training under his father, as well as a disciple of Chen Taijiquan Master Chen Bing.
Enter to win BIG MAN JAPAN on DVD. Contest ends 6:00 p.m. PST on 10/13/09. Good luck everyone!
